CLOTHING
Clothing is made especially for you as soon as you place your order, so delivery can take some time (approx. 10 days). The super thing, though, is that making products on demand helps reduce overproduction and creates a more environmentally sustainable production model.

LARP ADD-ON
Some larp-related products are picked up directly at the event location and not shipped (it is specified in the product if we use this delivery method).

DIGITAL BOOKS
Digital products can be downloaded as soon as you place your order.

PHYSICAL BOOKS
Average shipping time is approximately 10 days.

LARP TICKETS
If you would like a refund we will transfer your ticket to a participant on the event waiting list. If we find a replacement you will be refunded. Learn more about Terms and Conditions.

CLOTHING
Clothing is made especially for you as soon as you place your order, which is why returns are unfortunately not possible. If there is something wrong please contact us and we will do our best to fix it.

LARP ADD-ON
You can request a return within two months of the event for products that are not shipped but delivered to the location (it is specified in the product if we use this delivery method).

PHYSICAL BOOKS
Return is possible. Shipping is charged to the customer.

Eclipse A New Home - Bundle

Three nights for one person in a double / triple room in a *** hotel or higher (you can ask to stay in the same room with your friend/s).
Transfer from Krakow Central Station to the game location (departure at approx 9 a.m. on the first day of the event).
All transfers between hotel and venue on the days of the event.
Transfer to Krakow Central Station at the end of the event (departure from the venue at approx 11:30 a.m.).

Purchase conditions

Please note that the bundle can be purchased within certain dates depending on the RUN you are participating in, as follows:

RUN #3 - the Bundle can be purchased within April 15th, 2025
RUN #5 - the Bundle can be purchased within April 15th, 2025
RUN #6 - the Bundle can be purchased within May 31st, 2025

Refund conditions

The bundle is fully refundable within certain dates depending on which RUN you are participating in

RUN #3 - the Bundle is fully refundable within May 31th, 2025
RUN #5 - the Bundle is fully refundable within May 31th, 2025
RUN #6 - the Bundle is fully refundable within July 7th, 2025

After these dates, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and refunds won’t be processed.

Special notes

For organisational reasons, please note that:

Accommodation and transport cannot be separated—the bundle includes both.
Pick-up and drop-off points are fixed—transfers will only operate from Kraków Train Station.
